Do members pay too?
No. The church holds one subscription and every member it invites gets full access — members never pay separately.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free is free forever for small churches — prayer, events, groups, announcements, the directory, the mobile app, your public page, plus offering & expense records and a document vault. Upgrade only when you want the AI assistant or are ready to grow.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers members' questions about your church — service times, events, how to get involved — and helps admins draft and navigate. It can also read a photo of an offering count sheet or a receipt and pre-fill the entry — you confirm before anything saves. It's included on Community and Growth.
How does online giving work?
Donations run through Stripe. On the free plan Psalmly adds a small platform fee; on Community and Growth the Psalmly platform fee is 0% (standard card processing always applies). Donors can optionally cover the processing fee so your church receives close to the full gift.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes — change plans or cancel from your church's billing page anytime. Cancelling keeps access through the end of your billing period.
