Psalmly is a church management app with AI built into the places a church already works.
Nine features use it: a write-up assistant that turns recordings into minutes and sermon notes, an assistant for admins and a separate one for members, drafting for the weekly bulletin, for forms and for website pages, plain-language help with wording, and two camera features that read an offering count sheet or a receipt and fill the entry in.
None of it acts alone. The assistant proposes; a person confirms; the change is then made by that person, under their own permissions. AI is available on the Community and Growth plans, and every other part of Psalmly is free forever.

It answers from your church
Answers are drawn from your own published events, your church profile and the help articles your admins write, and they carry numbered sources you can open. Only the sources the answer actually cited are shown.

The core app — prayer, events, groups, giving, the member app, your public page — is free forever. AI is the part that comes with Community and Growth, because generating costs money every time it runs.

Website page drafting
Describe a page for your public site and get a draft built from the 10 block types custom pages support. It also edits a page you already have — it reads what is there first, so it adds rather than repeating you. You edit before it goes live.
Offering count sheet, photographed
Photograph the count sheet after the service and the batch comes back filled in: the cash total, and every check with its payer, its amount and the fund it names. You check it before anything saves.
Receipt capture
Photograph a receipt and the expense comes back pre-filled — vendor, date, amount, the tax split out, and a suggested category. Nothing is recorded until you confirm it.
Write and Polish
Help with the wording, where you are already writing: draft from a note, polish what you wrote, or tidy the formatting. It sits in the composer, not in a chat window.
The form builder generates from 9 field types, and page drafting from the 10 blocks the public site supports — the same palettes you get building either by hand.

Community and Growth. Free churches keep the whole church-management app — prayer, events, groups, giving, the member app and the public church page — but get no AI at all. It is the one hard gate in the product, because generating costs money every time it runs.
Does the AI do things without asking?

The member assistant is, on iOS and Android as well as the web. Scribe and the admin assistant are admin features and run on the web.
