For church admins
Run your church from the Psalmly app
Church leaders can now run their church from the Psalmly app on iPhone and Android. Update the app, open your church and tap Manage.
Run your church from your phone. Your congregation's right there with you.
The Psalmly app on iPhone and Android now has a side for the people who run a church. Open one of your churches and you'll see Manage and Member view under its name: Manage is where you run the church, and Member view shows it the way everyone else sees it.
What you can do from your phone
- Let people in. Show your church's QR code on Sunday, share your join link or invite people by email, then approve them in a tap.
- Tell everyone. Write an announcement, add a photo, choose who gets it and send it to their phones and inboxes.
- Put it on the calendar. Add or change an event, see who's coming and read the sign-ups.
- See what needs you. People asking to join, messages from your website and reported posts, on one screen, with a notification when something new comes in.
- See the giving. This month's total and recent gifts, and Stripe's setup form if you haven't started taking gifts online yet.
- Look after the church. Groups and their requests, the prayer board, and publishing and emailing Sunday's bulletin.
- Start a church. Create it, set your service times and publish its website.
On Psalmly's paid plans (Community and Growth), the app also records your meetings with Scribe (lock the phone and set it face down, and Psalmly keeps recording), makes graphics with Graphics, answers your questions with Ask Psalmly, and records Sunday's offering and each expense with a photo of the count sheet or receipt.
What to do
Update the Psalmly app from the App Store or Google Play, open your church and tap Manage. Your churches are already there. Some desk work, like editing your website's pages and changing your plan, stays on a computer at psalmly.app.
Running your church from the app walks through every tab.
