Using the prayer board

The prayer board is a calm wall where your church shares requests and prays for one another. It's the heart of staying connected with your congregation between Sundays.

Sharing a request

Write what you'd like prayer for and post it. Before posting, choose who can see it:

• Whole church — everyone in the church can see it.
• Anonymous — shared with the church, but your name and photo are hidden. Even here, the request still appears on the board; only your identity is withheld.
• Prayer team only — visible only to your church's admins, for more sensitive requests. A title in the Directory, like Deacon or Youth Leader, doesn't include someone here; only the people your church has made admins can see these.

Praying for others

Instead of comments, the prayer board has one quiet response: I'm praying. Tap it to let someone know you're lifting their request — it adds to the count and you can tap again to undo it. There are no replies or threads, by design, to keep the space restful.

Managing your own requests

Tap the ⋯ on your own request to Edit or Delete it. Editing reopens the composer with your words and your visibility choice, so you can reword it or change who can see it — including making it anonymous — after the fact.

Deleting is permanent — there's no archive — so it simply removes the request and everyone's "I'm praying" marks on it.

Privacy

Anonymous requests are genuinely anonymous: other members never receive your name or photo for those posts, only the words you shared. Your own anonymous posts still show as yours to you, so you can manage them.
