Viewing and exporting form responses
Read what members submitted to an event's registration form — a per-question summary or a full table of individual responses — and export it all to CSV or PDF.
Once members start registering, you can review and download what they submitted. Open the event's detail page, find the form under Attached forms, and click View responses. (Each attached form has its own responses page — responses belong to a specific form, so a two-form event has two response pages.)
At the top you'll see quick stats: total responses, spots filled (against the capacity, if you set one), completion, and when the last response came in.

Switch between two views with the tabs:
Summary
The default — it shows the shape of the answers, one card per question:
- Choice questions (multiple choice, checkboxes, yes/no) show a distribution — a bar per option with its count and percentage. Checkbox totals can add up to more than the number of respondents, since people can pick several.
- Text questions show a few sample answers with a "See all" link to expand the rest. Free-text is never crunched into a chart.
Individual responses
A table with one row per registrant — their name down the side, then a column for each question, plus when they submitted. The columns are generated from the form's own fields, so every form's table looks right. Click any row to open that person's full response.
Exporting
Two buttons sit at the top of the page:
- Download CSV — a spreadsheet of every response, with a column per question. Great for sorting, printing a checklist, or importing elsewhere.
- PDF — a tidy, printable table of the same data.
Both export exactly this form's responses, with the same columns you see in the table.
A note on editing
This page is for reading and exporting — you don't edit answers here. A person's response is their own record; if something needs correcting, they can re-open their submission from the event and update it themselves.
